FADING OUT FEAR
It is fear that is the great cause of misery. We are not supposed to be afraid of anything. The only fear we should have is the fear of wrong doing. Fear not in the sense of being scared, rather in performing an action that is morally incorrect.
We should walk unafraid by consciously building up our faith. You have known some people who have become absolutely fearless. And these are people are of profound faith. If you are not willing to go to the heart of what it is you are afraid of, that fear will haunt you constantly. Action is the only answer. Fear of trying something new, after all, is normal. When a child enters a new school or when a man starts a new job, he is bound to be fearful. But, if he acts with confidence and faith, his fear vanishes.
If you do not know what you are going to do with life, life will do something to you. Either you master life or life will master you. It is just that simple. Whatever problems you may be facing, you can solve them, if you will ‘trust yourself’ and believe in ‘your capacity’ to do it. If you lack the insight, you can find it. If you do not have the wisdom, you can read about it.
If you exclude caste, religion, and gender, then there are just two classes of people in this world. The ‘quick’ and the ‘dead’. The ‘quick’ are alive, alert and vibrant. The ‘dead’ are dead from the standpoint of sensitivity. They never grapple with ideas or try new ways of doing things. They are dead in the spirit. They live on the surface.
There are two primary forces in this world, fear and faith. Fear can move you to failure. Faith is a greater force. You need to decide your force.
